Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting
Administer oxygen therapy and manage ventilators with skill and precision
Perform breathing treatments and monitor patient response
Collaborate with doctors and nurses to optimize patient outcomes
Respond to emergencies and code situations with confidence
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with protocols

Qualifications

Active Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
Experience in acute or critical care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in respiratory therapy equipment and techniques
Understanding of ventilator management and weaning protocols
Ability to assess and respond to patient needs quickly
Familiarity with electronic health records
