Registered Nurse (RN) - House Supervisor
Location: Oxnard, CA
Start Date: 06-22-2026

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: 36 hours per week, typically three 12-hour shifts; specific days and times to be discussed
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $92 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care across units
- Coordinate staffing assignments and adjust to fluctuating patient needs
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Respond to emergencies and provide leadership during critical situations
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred
- Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience a plus
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of patient care standards and regulatory requirements
