Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to Med/Surg patients on a 30-bed dedicated education unit
Manage a patient ratio of 5-6:1 with attention to detail and safety
Collaborate with the education team while focusing on direct patient care
Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate reliability in a fast-paced environment
Respond to patient needs with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications

Active RN license in Georgia or compact state
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
BLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred
Experience in a Level 1 trauma center or mid-to-large hospital setting
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Med/Surg patient care expertise
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including holidays and callbacks
