Location: Los Angeles, California
Start Date: 06-17-2026
End Date: 06-18-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a medical-surgical telemetry unit
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, responding quickly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create care plans
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year of recent medical-surgical or telemetry experience preferred
- ACLS certification is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, acute care environment
