Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patient conditions to deliver exceptional nursing care
- Plan and implement individualized care strategies for Med Surg and Telemetry patients
- Document nursing interventions and patient outcomes with precision and care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Apply specialized knowledge in stroke care and telemetry monitoring
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families throughout their healthcare journey
Qualifications
- Active Maryland RN license with current Nursys verification
- Minimum 2 years recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
- 2+ years experience working with stroke patients
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- Willingness to obtain NIHSS and mRs/SIREN certifications within 48 hours if offered
- COVID vaccination required - declinations not accepted

- Stroke assessment and monitoring skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules without restrictions
