Location: Kearney, NE

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert critical care to trauma, cardiac, stroke, and sepsis patients
- Titrate cardiac drips, insulin, and sedation as needed
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips under GE monitors
- Collaborate with respiratory therapy for ventilator management
- Participate in open-book exams during orientation to ensure your success
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience preferred
- Ability to float to PCU and MedSurg as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in titrating cardiac and sedation drips
- Strong skills in telemetry interpretation and documentation
- Excellent critical thinking and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable with ventilator management from nasal cannula to vent
