Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM), every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to a diverse ICU patient population, including trauma, cardiac, and stroke cases
- Titrate and manage critical drips such as cardiac drips, insulin, and sedation
- Interpret telemetry strips and monitor patient rhythms
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float to PCU or MedSurg as needed, maintaining safe patient ratios
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska or compact state
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Ability to titrate cardiac drips and manage complex ICU patients
- Weekend and holiday availability as required
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in drip titration and telemetry interpretation
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in ventilator management and airway support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
