Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional critical care to patients across multiple ICU settings including MICU, SICU, TICU, and CVICU
• Titrate and manage complex drips such as pressors, sedation, paralytics, and antiarrhythmics
• Float seamlessly among five facilities within Zone 1 to maintain staffing coverage
• Interpret telemetry and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document accurately in Epic and communicate effectively during handoffs

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience (3+ years for first-time travelers)
• Epic experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to float across facilities within a 60-mile radius
• Prior travel nursing experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in critical care patient assessment and monitoring
• Proficient in medication titration and management of high-acuity drips
• Comfortable with advanced cardiac life support and telemetry interpretation
• Knowledge of ventilator management and respiratory support equipment
• Strong adaptability and flexibility to work in different facility environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
