Location: Centennial, Colorado

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with weekend and holiday requirements

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead patient care assignments as Charge Nurse in a 1:1-2 ratio, flexing to 1:3 as needed
Titrate critical drips including pressors, sedation, paralytics, and antiarrhythmics
Respond to codes and rapid responses throughout the hospital
Float across multiple ICU types (MICU, SICU, TICU, CVICU) and other acuity levels
Interpret telemetry without monitor techs and troubleshoot respiratory equipment
Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (3+ years for first-time travelers)
Prior Charge Nurse experience required
Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
Epic experience preferred for first-time travelers
Ability to float within a 60-mile zone and adapt to changing assignments

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in titrating a wide range of critical drips
Strong charge nurse and leadership abilities
Proficiency in telemetry strip interpretation
Comfortable with Vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen
Flexibility to float between units and facilities
