Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Flexible shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with varying schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance. May include weekend shifts and holidays.
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex patient needs
- Serve as a Charge Nurse and lead a team of nurses in providing exceptional patient care
- Participate in code responses and rapid responses as needed
Qualifications
- 3 years of ICU experience
- Prior Charge Nurse experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Education
- RN degree from an accredited program

- Leadership and team management
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Electronic medical records (Epic)
