Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
Work effectively in a team setting to ensure seamless patient care
Participate in precepting and mentoring as needed
Pass the Advanced Dysrhythmia exam (83%) before signing the contract

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a similar ER setting
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS certifications required
Experience working in a facility with similar patient volume, trauma level, and size
Must have worked in a facility with EMR (EMR, PulseCheck or Picis)

Knowledge & Skills

EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
PulseCheck or Picis
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
