Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care during overnight hours
- Monitor and assess residents' health status throughout the shift
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care
- Document all care activities accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Maryland
- Current CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in geriatric or long-term care nursing
- Comfortable working overnight hours
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Reliable and punctual with attention to detail
