Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and strength
- Support licensed physical therapists in delivering personalized treatment plans
- Help patients regain independence through hands-on rehabilitation techniques
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
- Create a welcoming, encouraging environment for every patient you meet
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
- Current state licensure required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve their goals
Knowledge & Skills
- Rehabilitation therapy techniques
- Patient care and safety protocols
- Therapeutic exercise instruction
- Documentation and progress reporting
