Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve mobility
- Monitor progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
- Proficient in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
- Excellent patient education and documentation skills
