Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain strength and mobility through personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding rehabilitation care
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment strategies for the best outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery techniques
- Document care accurately to support continuity and quality of treatment
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in California
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Rehabilitation therapy techniques
- Patient assessment and progress tracking
- Effective communication with patients and care teams
- Documentation and EMR proficiency
