Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
Develop personalized care plans using evidence-based practices and standardized assessments
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and wound care treatments
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to ensure optimal outcomes
Provide guidance and support to patients, families, and caregivers throughout recovery
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate effective treatment plans
Document all services accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
Supervise physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as needed

Qualifications

Active Oklahoma State Physical Therapist License
At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
Level II clinical experience for new graduates
Long-term care or rehabilitation experience required

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
Experience with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and wound care
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to supervise support staff and students effectively
Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
