Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday with rotating weekends (2 full weekends per month)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients in a Level III trauma center
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations including telemetry, ortho, surgical, critical care, neuro, oncology, and general medical
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care
- Supervise and support PTAs and rehab aides in daily treatments
- Document patient progress accurately in Meditech EMR
- Participate in weekend rotation schedule (2 full weekends per month) with comp days provided
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
- BLS certification required
- Acute care experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts as needed
