Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures using PET/CT and gamma cameras
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
Operate and maintain Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs equipment
Ensure radiation safety protocols and proper handling of radioactive materials
Provide compassionate patient care and education throughout procedures
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize imaging quality

Qualifications

Current BLS certification required
PET/CT experience required
DOT certification preferred at start, required within 90 days
Valid driver's license required
Radiologic Technologist certification (ARRT) or NMTCB certification

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in PET/CT imaging techniques
Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
Strong patient interaction and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability to learn new equipment
