Candidate Pay Rate: $38 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care that preserves dignity and comfort
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to plan
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes to the care team promptly
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
- Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and safe patient transfers
- Support infection control practices and maintain a safe care environment
Qualifications
- Active LPN license valid in New Hampshire
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Comfortable working night shift schedules and providing direct patient care
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background checks, and required immunizations
Education
- LPN diploma or equivalent
- Active state LPN license required
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
- Patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, and early recognition of change in condition
- Charting and documentation in electronic health records
- Knowledge of infection prevention and safe patient handling
- Compassionate patient and family communication
- Teamwork, time management, and the ability to prioritize care tasks
