Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care on your shift
Administer medications accurately and chart timely
Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns promptly
Perform routine nursing procedures and support activities of daily living
Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Document care in the electronic record to ensure continuity and safety
Support a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Maryland (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (required or obtain upon hire)
Previous LPN experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Strong interpersonal skills and a resident-focused attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; high school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Basic wound care and assessment
Vital signs monitoring and recognition of clinical change
Familiarity with electronic health record charting
Time management, teamwork, and clear communication
