Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per policy
Perform thorough patient assessments and escalate changes to the care team
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care plans
Maintain clear, timely charting and ensure regulatory compliance with documentation
Support residents with activities of daily living while preserving dignity and independence

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing procedures
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited Practical Nursing / LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Care planning and execution in a long-term care environment
Familiarity with electronic medical records and standard nursing documentation
Infection control practices and resident safety protocols
Teamwork, time management, and compassionate bedside manner
