Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to residents during overnight hours
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with attention to detail
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless continuity of care
- Document patient information accurately and promptly
- Respond promptly to patient needs and maintain a safe environment
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Maryland
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for per diem shifts
