Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Saturday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to elderly residents
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
- Help create a warm, home-like atmosphere for residents
- Support residents with meals and encourage social interaction
Qualifications
- Active Maryland GNA certification
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to elderly care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of geriatric care principles
- Knowledge of infection control practices
- Ability to follow care plans and document appropriately
- Experience working with elderly populations
- Strong observational and reporting skills
