Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings, screenings, and patient education
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure comprehensive treatment
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Promote oral health and preventive care through friendly, informative interactions
- Use state-of-the-art equipment to deliver high-quality care
Qualifications
- Current Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- CPR certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
- Knowledge of infection control standards
- Strong patient education and counseling skills
- Familiarity with dental software systems
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
