Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding)
• Measure, record and report vital signs and observations accurately
• Support safe mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate changes to the nursing team
• Follow infection control, safety protocols and facility policies to protect residents and staff
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families to enhance quality of life

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required
• Available for a 14-week assignment beginning 2026-03-23
• Comfortable working the day shift hours (5:45 AM - 2:15 PM)
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to communicate clearly with residents and team members
• Ability to pass facility-required screenings and background checks

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on resident care and assistance with ADLs
• Vital signs collection and basic clinical observations
• Patient safety, infection control and safe transfer techniques
• Clear, professional documentation and communication
• Teamwork, time management and a calm bedside manner
