Roles & Responsibilities

Welcome patients and manage front desk operations with warmth and efficiency
Coordinate scheduling to keep the clinic running smoothly
Assist with clinic rooming to ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for
Support both front and back office needs as the team requires
Help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door

Qualifications

Active MA-C certification required
Experience with front desk, scheduling, and clinic rooming preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt and support both front and back office duties
