Job Description
We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for psychiatric positions in Fort Defiance. Job Responsibilities :

Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and progress while maintaining compliance with medical record standards.

Stay current with psychiatric nursing best practices, adhere to facility protocols, and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Job Requirements :
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with a focus on psychiatric care in Fort Defiance.
- Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, health clearance, and physical fitness.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
