Job Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional patient care as a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment in Tuba City.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to address patients’ medical and surgical needs, promoting recovery and overall well-being.
- Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and progress while ensuring compliance with medical record standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-focused care tailored to individual needs.
- Stay up to date with best practices in medical-surgical nursing, adhere to facility protocols, and maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Job Requirements :
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with expertise in medical-surgical care in Tuba City.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements, health clearance, and physical fitness standards.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
