Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for Med-Surg positions in Chillicothe, Ohio. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, assist with treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. A current RN license and Med-Surg experience are required.
Job Responsibilities :
Deliver outstanding patient care as an RN in the Med-Surg unit, addressing diverse medical needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Implement personalized care plans to ensure accurate assessments and support positive patient outcomes.
Maintain detailed documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and procedures, ensuring compliance with medical record standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide efficient, patient-focused care and seamless coordination.
Stay current with best practices, follow facility protocols, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and quality care.
Job Requirements :
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, health clearance, and physical fitness.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
