Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Bangor, ME. Responsibilities include providing compassionate patient care, administering medications, and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure residents’ well-being. Must hold a valid RN license and have experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing
Job Responsibilities :
Deliver exceptional patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Bangor, ME, providing compassionate and high-quality nursing services in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Develop and implement personalized care plans to address individual patient needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and optimal health outcomes.
Accurately document patient conditions, treatments, and care plans while maintaining compliance with medical record standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, promote patient well-being, and ensure efficient, resident-centered services.
Stay current with nursing best practices, adhere to facility protocols, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and ethical care in long-term care nursing
Job Requirements :
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine.
- Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination, health clearance, and physical fitness.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
