Shift Type: Per diem (as scheduled), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift, Shift 2)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting and mobility in a dignified manner
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Help maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols
- Support patient transfers and mobility using safe body mechanics and assistive devices
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Pennsylvania) — required
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) and completion of an approved CNA program
- Current basic life support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation and ability to work the scheduled evening shift
Education
- High school diploma or GED; completion of a state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience with ADLs, patient hygiene and mobility assistance
- Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
- Familiarity with infection prevention and safe patient handling
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families and staff
- Dependability, time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
