Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents — help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility to keep residents comfortable and secure
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes in condition
• Support meal assistance and feeding as needed, respecting dietary needs
• Observe and promptly report changes in resident status to nursing staff
• Document care activities clearly and follow facility protocols for communication
• Contribute to a respectful, person-centered environment that preserves dignity

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — Class: CNA
• Available to work Per Diem / as-needed evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
• Ability to follow facility policies and complete required onboarding/credentialing
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care skills and techniques for assisting with ADLs
• Comfort with taking and recording vital signs
• Infection control awareness and good hand hygiene practices
• Clear, professional communication with residents and care team
• Attention to detail for documentation and safety
