Shift Type: Per diem (schedule varies), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, respectful direct care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Take and accurately record vital signs and daily observations
- Support safe transfers and assist with range of motion activities
- Communicate changes in condition to nursing staff and participate in care planning
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
- Document care thoroughly and on time to ensure continuity
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential in good standing
- Authorized to work in Pennsylvania and able to pass background checks
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Current immunizations and TB screening as required by facility
- Comfortable with physical aspects of care and standing for shifts
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic attitude
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on resident care and activities of daily living
- Vital signs monitoring and basic clinical observations
- Infection control and safe transfer techniques
- Clear, timely documentation and handoff communication
- Teamwork, time management, and adaptability in busy settings
- Familiarity with common electronic charting systems is a plus
