Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage commitment records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with procurement and member systems teams to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare clear, actionable reports and summaries for leadership
- Monitor processes and recommend improvements to streamline workflows
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to support timely decision-making
- Support audits and compliance activities with thorough documentation
- Contribute to team initiatives that enhance member and organizational outcomes
Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, finance, analytics, or a related non-clinical function preferred
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage data accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Comfortable working onsite in Nashville for the duration of the contract
- Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with procurement or ERP systems a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of procurement and commitment workflows
- Data analysis and reporting skills with attention to data integrity
- Comfort with enterprise systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Problem-solving mindset and process improvement orientation
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
