Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage commitment records to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with procurement and member systems teams to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare clear, actionable reports and summaries for leadership
• Monitor processes and recommend improvements to streamline workflows
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to support timely decision-making
• Support audits and compliance activities with thorough documentation
• Contribute to team initiatives that enhance member and organizational outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, finance, analytics, or a related non-clinical function preferred
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage data accurately
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Comfortable working onsite in Nashville for the duration of the contract
• Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with procurement or ERP systems a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of procurement and commitment workflows
• Data analysis and reporting skills with attention to data integrity
• Comfort with enterprise systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly
• Problem-solving mindset and process improvement orientation
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
