Shift Type: 3x12-hour Day shifts (07:00 AM - 7:30 PM), schedule includes a required Saturday 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM; Day shift with one week of standby on-call during the contract

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT imaging on adult and trauma patients using GE scanners
- Prepare and administer contrast media safely and document per protocol
- Start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture as needed for imaging procedures
- Operate PACS and Epic for image management and accurate charting
- Apply radiation safety practices to protect patients and staff
- Support trauma imaging needs at a Level III trauma facility with calm, decisive care
- Assist with special procedures including CTA, myelography, biopsies, aspirations, and brain perfusion studies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent direct patient care experience within the last year
- Travel experience required
- OBMI (Oregon) must be completed prior to start
- Epic experience is a hardstop; strong Epic charting skills required
- Hands-on experience with GE CT scanners required
- Comfortable working in a Level III trauma hospital environment
- BLS certification (listed as required/preferred) and ARRT CT preferred
- Ability to complete 80 hours of orientation and participate in one week of standby call
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven CT scanning skills including protocol selection and execution
- Contrast preparation and administration with attention to safety
- Radiation safety principles and best practices
- Proficiency with PACS and GE scanner operation
- Post-processing skills: 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), ROI measurement
- Experience with trauma imaging and acute care workflows
- Familiarity with special procedures: CT arthrography, vascular CTA, myelography, biopsies and aspirations
- Strong interpersonal skills for patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration
