Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients in the assigned unit
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and follow care plans
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes clearly in the medical record
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
- Support patient and family education to promote recovery and wellness
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in New Hampshire (or appropriate state license as required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred (facility may require upon hire)
- Previous clinical experience as an LPN or similar role preferred
- Ability to pass facility onboarding checks (background, drug screen, vaccinations)
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program (LPN diploma or equivalent)
- State licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient assessment and clinical observation skills
- Medication administration and IV/drug therapy knowledge as applicable
- Comfortable with electronic medical record charting
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
