Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as a Licensed Nursing Assistant on overnight shifts
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs, intake/output and any changes in condition
• Support the nursing team with timely communication and accurate charting
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols
• Bring empathy, professionalism and a focus on dignity to every interaction

Qualifications

• Current LNA / Licensed Nursing Assistant certification in the applicable state
• Active basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility
• Ability to work overnight 12+ hour shifts and provide consistent, reliable coverage
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable with basic documentation and following care plans

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited LNA program

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on resident care and ADL assistance
• Basic vital signs and observation skills
• Familiarity with long-term care or skilled nursing workflows
• Good infection control and safety practices
• Ability to follow directions and escalate changes in condition
• Empathy, patience and strong interpersonal skills
