Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, competent nursing care to patients as an LPN on the unit
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Monitor patient status, report changes to the care team, and escalate when needed
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff to create cohesive care plans
• Provide patient and family education with patience and clarity
• Maintain accurate records, follow facility policies, and promote safety and quality

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in New Hampshire (or compact licensure where applicable)
• Active BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Previous LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program; high school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Comfortable with charting and electronic health record systems
• Skilled at patient assessment and recognizing changes in condition
• Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy unit
• Professional bedside manner and clear communication with patients and staff
