Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatments with compassion and precision
- Operate treatment planning and delivery systems, integrating Epic and Aria Access workflows
- Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and therapists to ensure safe, individualized patient care
- Perform patient setup, immobilization, and image verification for accurate treatment delivery
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in electronic medical records
- Participate in quality assurance, safety checks, and Trinity Skills Checklist requirements
Qualifications
- AART RT(T) credential required or equivalent certified Radiation Therapist credential
- Current BLS certification
- Active state license/certification with ability to complete License/Certificate Verification
- Successful completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and required pre-employment screenings
- Ability to meet health requirements: fit test, drug screen, Tdap, COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, influenza vaccine, 2-step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, and physical/health statement
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records
- Experience with Aria Access treatment management
- Comfort using shared drives and digital documentation systems
- Strong patient communication and positioning skills
- Familiarity with radiation safety practices and QA procedures
