Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week), plus approximately 10 on-call days per month (nights & weekends)

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization procedures with precision and care
- Assist physicians during EP and cath lab cases, anticipating needs and optimizing workflow
- Operate and troubleshoot imaging, monitoring, and catheterization equipment
- Maintain a sterile field and enforce infection control to ensure patient safety
- Monitor patient hemodynamics and respond promptly to changes
- Document procedures, implants, and patient data accurately in the medical record
- Participate in the on-call rotation for nights and weekends as scheduled
- Complete required competency checklists and testing to maintain high standards of care
Qualifications
- RCIS certification required
- BLS and ACLS required
- EP experience highly preferred
- Current license/certification verification required
- Ability to pass Trinity 10-panel drug screen, respirator evaluation/fit test, and required immunizations
Education

- Proven knowledge of cath lab procedures and instrumentation
- Familiarity with electrophysiology fundamentals and EP case workflow
- Competence in fluoroscopy, radiation safety, and imaging equipment
- Strong sterile technique and infection control practices
- Skill in patient monitoring, hemodynamic interpretation, and urgent response
- Comfortable with electronic health records and accurate documentation
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and situational awareness in fast-paced environments
