Shift Type: 4 x 10-hour days per week (weekdays vary) with a required Saturday schedule; daytime clinic hours vary by week (day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized outpatient treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management strategies
- Document patient progress clearly and timely to support high-quality care and continuity
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes independence and community reintegration
Qualifications
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or eligibility through the PT Compact
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (required) or equivalent credential
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required)
- Proof of current seasonal flu vaccination from this flu season (required Oct 1 - Apr 1, no declinations accepted)
- Ability to work a Saturday schedule as part of the weekly rotation
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Knowledge & Skills
- Outpatient physical therapy assessment and patient evaluation
- Treatment planning and therapeutic exercise prescription
- Balance training, range of motion assessment, and functional mobility interventions
- Patient education and home program development
- Strong documentation and time-management skills in a busy outpatient setting
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills for collaborating with clinical staff
