Shift Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week — Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Rotating shifts including evenings, overnights (if CT-trained), weekends and on-call rotation

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic exams that support accurate, timely patient care
- Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication to put patients at ease
- Rotate across the main campus and walk-in care sites as needed to ensure coverage and continuity
- Assist with patient registration and clerical support when required to keep the clinics running smoothly
- Operate CT, fluoroscopy, portable units, C-arm and bone density equipment where trained and appropriate
- Maintain image quality, follow imaging protocols, and ensure radiation safety standards are met
- Participate in weekend and on-call rotations to support urgent imaging needs
Qualifications
- ARRT Registered (required)
- Maine RT Licensure (required)
- BLS Certification (required)
- 2+ years of solid hospital experience (preferred)
- CT, Bone Density, Fluoroscopy, C-Arm and Portable Radiology experience preferred
- Willingness to work across multiple sites and cover varied shifts, including weekends and on-call
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of radiographic techniques and imaging protocols
- Comfortable operating CT, fluoroscopy, C-arm and portable imaging when trained
- Proficiency with PACS and basic image quality assessment
- Excellent patient communication and customer-service mindset
- Ability to multitask: clinical imaging, registrations and light clerical duties
- Commitment to radiation safety, infection control and institutional policies
