Candidate Pay Rate: $91 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient and skilled nursing settings using sound clinical judgment
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient function and independence
- Perform thorough functional and cognitive assessments and document findings in the EMR
- Manage a diverse caseload independently while coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic goals, home programs and safe independence strategies
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate outcomes to the care team
Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist License in good standing
- Current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Preferred 2-3 years experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or outpatient settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven caseload management
- Proficiency with EMR documentation and basic computer skills
Education
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required)

- Clinical assessment and treatment planning across varied care settings
- Patient-centered care and compassionate therapeutic approaches
- EMR documentation best practices and accurate clinical charting
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving for complex cases
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
