Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams with accuracy and compassion
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide timely imaging results
• Document findings and maintain clear, professional patient records
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring quality images and proper function
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols for patient and staff protection
• Provide patient education and support before, during, and after procedures
• Participate in holiday and call rotations to ensure continuous patient coverage

Qualifications

• ARDMS credential required
• BLS certification required
• Valid state license or certification as required by Idaho (license/certificate verification will be completed)
• Must be able to complete Trinity Skills Checklist
• Ability to pass required screenings: Trinity 10-panel drug screen, fit test, color vision test
• Required health clearances: COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, Varicella, and 2-step PPD or IGRA
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, holidays, and participate in call rotation

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of ultrasound anatomy and imaging protocols
• Proficiency in acquiring diagnostic quality images across relevant modalities
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
• Good documentation and charting skills
• Basic troubleshooting and equipment care skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and collaborate during handoffs
