Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Day shift; flex start 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM; end times may extend up to 4:30 PM as needed)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $88 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures accurately and safely, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment while following radiation safety protocols
- Prepare radiopharmaceuticals and verify patient information and dosing with attention to detail
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients to explain procedures and reduce anxiety
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in the charting system
- Float to sister facilities as needed and adapt to different workflows with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of nuclear medicine experience in a clinical setting
- Certification with NMTCB OR ARRT (required)
- Valid California Nuclear Medicine Technologist license (State of California Radiologic Health Branch)
- Current CPR card required
- CNMT and BLS certifications are preferred but not required
- Willingness to float to sister facilities and follow facility dress code (Royal Blue scrubs)
Education
- Graduation from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program or equivalent clinical training preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in nuclear medicine procedures and radiopharmaceutical handling
- Strong understanding of radiation safety and regulatory compliance
- Skilled in patient positioning, image acquisition, and quality control
- Clear communication and patient-centered care skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced outpatient specialty clinic and adapt to floating assignments
