Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department to ensure smooth, patient-centered care
- Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity tracking, and caseload assignments
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and documentation standards
- Support therapists with evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making
- Facilitate clear communication between therapy, nursing, and administrative teams
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation efforts
- Foster a positive, professional culture focused on high-quality patient outcomes
- Monitor documentation accuracy and timeliness to maintain regulatory and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Current license as PT, OT, SLP or certified assistant (PTA, COTA) in Washington
- Previous supervisory or rehab leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, productivity management, and documentation standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and service excellence
