Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care for medical/surgical, spinal, neuro and trauma populations
- Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and adjust interventions as needed
- Document care accurately and efficiently in EPIC — documentation is required
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate complex care
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including trauma and gunshot wound cases
- Support patients and families through education, discharge planning and compassionate communication
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nursys license verification required)
- Minimum 2 years experience in specialty (medical/surgical, neuro or trauma)
- EPIC documentation experience — EPIC required
- Certification card and up-to-date clinical certifications as applicable (please upload to profile)

Knowledge & Skills
- Medical/Surgical nursing expertise
- Neuro and spinal cord injury care
- Trauma nursing and gunshot wound management
- Care for quadriplegia/paraplegia patients
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic documentation
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and emergency response skills
