Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care that makes a real difference for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute patient-focused plans
- Document care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record
- Communicate clearly with patients and families to educate and support them
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and workflows
- Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Current, valid state license appropriate to the role (e.g., RN, LPN) — please have license details ready
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required; advanced certifications a plus
- Previous clinical experience preferred — 1 to 3 years is a helpful baseline
- Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical judgment
- Willingness to participate in orientation and facility-specific training
Education
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and bedside care skills
- Comfortable with electronic health record documentation
- Strong clinical decision-making and prioritization
- Excellent communication with patients, families, and team members
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and fast-paced environments
