Roles & Responsibilities

• Break down and receive deliveries accurately and efficiently
• Load clean carts with delivered products and supplies
• Deliver carts and supplies to designated operating room and ASC areas promptly
• Use Lawson, Wavemark, Epic and Trackcore to track inventory and document transactions
• Maintain clean, organized storage and cart areas and follow PPE and scrub requirements
• Assist the surgical team by ensuring necessary materials are available when and where they are needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Materials management experience required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) required
• Driver's license required for travel to ASC locations as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods; lift 40 lbs and push/pull up to 80–100 lbs
• Desired: Lawson experience, supply chain background, surgical setting experience, and strong customer service skills

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience or exposure to Lawson, Wavemark, Epic, and Trackcore
• Strong attention to detail and inventory tracking skills
• Physical stamina and safe material handling techniques
• Good communication and customer service mindset
