Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care consistent with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient-focused care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly and promptly
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to educate and support them
- Follow infection control, safety protocols, and all regulatory requirements
- Help maintain a positive, professional environment that promotes recovery and respect
Qualifications
- Active, relevant California license or certification required (as applicable to the role)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certs preferred as applicable
- Previous clinical experience preferred — even a year makes a difference
- Ability to pass required background checks and onboarding screenings
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; role-specific degree or credential as applicable (e.g., ADN/BSN for RNs)
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Patient-centered communication and teaching
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Familiarity with basic electronic health record (EHR) workflows
- Good time management and prioritization abilities
